Fees and Payment Terms

We're committed to Quality and Value in everything we do.

Because every client's needs are different, we'll prepare a proposal based on your specific scope of work. Of course, all fees and terms are specified and agreed with each client in advance.

Our fees are based on the following factors:

• The project’s overall size and scope.
• The amount of background material and data the client provides for study or analysis (including competitive materials).
• The amount of independent research and/or data mining required.
• The costs for any required third party services, including sourcing, supervisory, or project management time requirements.
• The number and types of creative concepts and/or proposed solutions required.
• The number and scope of review points and meetings required (including client, client’s staff, or other external resources).
• The complexity of the client’s approval process.
• Deadlines.
• Travel time and expenses (if required).

Coaching Fees are typically recurring monthly charges, hourly-based, may be customized to meet each client's individual needs, and may include analysis and/or administrative functions if requested by the client.

Coaching Fees are payable in advance for the coming month and recurring payments are paid through our recurring billing system. Alternate payment plans may be available.

Project Management Fees are highly variable due to the unique requirements of each project. Project management fees may be hourly-based or project-based.

Project Management Fees may include an initial deposit due at project inception, plus one or more additional payments as specified in the Terms for that project. Final payments are due and payable immediately upon project completion. Some projects require payment in full in advance.

Website Management Fees are typically recurring monthly charges for website and Internet marketing services specified by the client. Some services may also require payment of a one-time set-up fee.

Website Management Fees are payable in advance for the coming month and recurring payments are paid through our recurring billing system. Alternate payment plans may be available. Some services may also incur a one-time set-up fee.

In addition to the above:

• All other billable amounts will be invoiced as incurred. Advance payment may be required.
• All invoiced amounts are due and payable immediately upon receipt of invoice.
• A client has the right to cancel a project or service at any time, but will be responsible for all costs and obligations incurred on his/her behalf as of the date of cancellation.

To get started, a signed work-order or project proposal is required (plus any pre-payments).
