Fees and Terms
All of our services, fees and terms are agreed to in advance...
so there should never be any surprises.
Every client's needs are different. As a result, we deliver services based on your specific requirements.
Our fees are based on the following factors:
The overall size and scope of the project.
The scope and duration of any ongoing services.
The amount of background material and data the client provides for study or analysis.
The amount of research and/or data mining required.
The costs for any required third party services.
The number and types of creative concepts and/or proposed solutions required.
The number and scope of review points and meetings required (including client, client's staff, and any other external resources).
The complexity of the client's approval process.
Deadlines.
Travel time and expenses (if required).
Coaching Services are customized to meet each client's individual needs and may extend over any number of weeks or months. Coaching Services are hourly-based and no contract is required. Coaching Services may also include various analysis and/or administrative functions if requested by the client.
Coaching Fees are payable in advance for the coming month and recurring payments are paid through our recurring billing system. Alternate payment options may also be available.
Consulting Services are typically limited time engagements to analyze or improve an existing business, solve a specific problem, or provide any other information or service a client may require.
Consulting Services may be hourly-based or project-based and are paid in advance. A recurring monthly retainer option is available for longer-term engagements.
Consulting Services may be available at a discounted rate when purchased in "blocks" of hours. These hours may be used at any time within a 90-day period and expire at the end of the 90-day period.
Project Management Services vary based on the unique requirements of each project. Project Management fees may be hourly-based or project-based.
Project Management Services are typically paid in full in advance. However, large projects may qualify for a 50% deposit at project inception, plus one or more progress payments, with the final payment due and payable immediately upon project completion.
Website Management Services are recurring monthly charges for website management, SEO and/or Internet marketing services as specified by the client. Some services may also require payment of an initial set-up fee.
Website Management Services are payable in advance for the coming month and recurring payments are paid through our recurring billing system. Alternate payment options may also be available.
In addition to the above: A client has the right to cancel a project or service at any time, but will be responsible for all costs and obligations incurred on his/her behalf as of the date of cancellation.
To get started, a signed work-order or project proposal is required (plus any pre-payments).
